For 19 years, the Catholic community at Saint Thérèse Catholic Church has been blessed with a great gift in the form of our church building. It was built by our parishioners in under two years, and it remains a landmark in the Collinsville community.

Our church is starting to see the wear and tear of almost two decades of usage, and rightly so! Over 4,000 Masses have been celebrated; hundreds of children have received First Communion or Confirmation here; and, dozens of couples have made our parish their place for their vows.

We like to think we have been great stewards of our parishioners’ church, and we need your help in continuing to take care of our gift. We are fundraising $155,000 to meet these needed repairs and restorations. By reaching this goal, we will be taking care of the gift given to our parish 19 years ago and making an investment in future generations of Catholics.

 

We plan to maintain the existing symbolic elements of church, continue the beauty that exists in the sacred space there, and make this gift an investment in the development of faith for the next generation of Catholics.
